How to update site policy ranking ?
You can reorder the Policies on the Policy.jhtm page by editing the rank.
Visit Admin > Support > Policy
Edit / Change Rank numbering and then click Update Ranking to save.
Note!
Rank order will show by lowest number first. If rank has no value (left blank) then that policy will show first in order. . 
Verify Policy page by refreshing
