What Are You Looking For?

How do I edit customer information?

Visit Admin > Customers (tab)

Find your customer and click over the Setting Icon, select Edit

From here, you can edit various customer data within the tabbed sections: 


Email Address and Password Tab 

Insert the following information:

  • Email Address
  • New Password
  • Confirm Password
  • Rating
  • Suspended – checkmark to suspend account
  • Email notification – check to enable
  • Extra email addresses – input with comma separated (do not include spaces)
  • Unsubscribe from email correspondence – check to unsubscribe
  • Payment alert


Customer Information Tab 

  • First/Last Name
  • Address Information
  • Phone Number, Cell Phone, Fax
  • Company Name
  • Website URL
  • Ebay name
  • Amazon name
  • Delivery type


Options Tab

  • Shipping Options
  • Payment Options
    • Immediate = Credit Card
    • Do they have Terms set up with your company, if so, select from the drop down 
  • Price Table
    For more information regarding Price Tables.
  • See Hidden Price – check to enable
  • Credit Card Fee Rate
  • Disable Sales Rep Commission – check to enable
  • Protected Access Level – check their access level. This will allow the customer to see their level access.
    For more information regarding Protected Level Access.
  • Login Success Page – this will forward them to a default landing page after logging in
  • Sales Rep – select to assign sales rep
  • In Group – assign to group
    • If you have a “Primary Group” option this is to denote which Groups rules take precedence 
  • Multistore Host – if you have multi-site feature enabled, this determines what site the customer is assigned to (where are they allowed to login?)

To save and finish, click Add Customer
