How to create a reset password site message?

Note!
This setup is for Webjaguar branch sites only. Not for promo sites.

First create a password reset site message.

Visit Site Info > Site Message

Update to save.

 


Next, assign the Site Message to the Site Message Specific for Password Reset

Visit Site Info > Site Configuration

Search for Site Message Specific for Password Reset. Then, select your custom Site Message from the drop-down menu:

Update to save.


When a customer forgets their password, they can click on Forgot Password?

Next, they will be forwarded to Change Your Password in Three Easy Steps

Step 1: Enter your email address

Step 2: Check your email inbox and click on the link from the email message.

Note2!
The email message the user receives, is the Password Reset Site Message you created earlier..

Step 3: Enter new password and confirm. Click Submit to save changes.
