Duplicate SKU's during import

When uploading new SKU's to your site, WebJaguar will automatically filter duplicates. Here are a couple of things to check when uploading SKU's to an existing list.

 

  • Make sure the SKU's you're uploading have the correct corresponding image & video links
  • Save your excel sheet to .xls format (97-2004), make sure it's not in .xlsx format, otherwise it won't upload.
  • Confirm there are no extra spaces before or after your SKU's
    • This has been known to cause duplicates
