How do I set all products to be sorted by name, sku, date added as the global default?
Visit Admin > Configuration > Site Configuration
From the Site Configuration (tab), search for or scroll down to Category Options.
Select Product Sorting:
- Name
- Rank
- SKU
- Date Added
- Price
When finished, click Update on the bottom left of the page to save
